I can’t believe how much improvement I’ve made using this course and cannot thank you enough Debbie! I have tried using online CBT but didn’t make much headway. What was so good about your course was it helped me understand why! By focusing on - and learning about - the Autonomic system, I realised early on that anxiety is at least as much to do with brain physiology as it is to do with the symptoms I get, and once I mastered the breathing, which didn’t take very long, everything flowed and I found I could follow the course easily. I’m really pleased at how much my score came down - it’s now only 5 at the end - and it was 22 before I started. Amazing! Thank you! Sue H.
I wasn’t expecting much when I started this course I admit. I’ve had anxiety for a long time. Sometimes it’s definitely worse than others. I felt like a slave to my emotions, and couldn’t seem to control how I felt. In fact, I noticed after a week of starting the course, I was feeling some improvement. I’ve had counselling in the past, but it didn’t help. What I really found worked was the breathing exercise, and then being able to recognise how it was my own thoughts that made me feel so stressed. I only just got in to your project because my score was 24, but to have finished it and my new score being only 4 is more than I ever expected! I hope this review helps others to decide to try your course - it’s SO worth it. Thank you for giving me my life back! Kat J.
I’d just like to say “thank you Debbie”. Thank you for setting up this course, and I am so grateful that I found it. I have tried different a/depressants during the past 10 years, and unfortunately, none of them made me feel better, and some of them made me ill! I can’t believe I only found your course in February and now it’s 3 months later and I’m a different person. I actually feel like ME and my kids have their mum back! I hope many more people find you! I gained knowledge of a variety of strategies which I can use when I need them. Feel able to apply them in times of stress or anxiety. Much calmer than when I started the course. Hopefully with what I have learned I can stay more positive. Linda M.
